Job Overview
Manages staff and processes of teams. Responsible for performance reviews, coaching, and work accountability to ensure successful delivery to contracted expectations. Partner with Human Capital, peers, leaders, direct reports, flex workforce staff, analysts, and project managers to successfully achieve performance KPIs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Build a strong flex workforce team to align with Company core values and standards of performance.
Manage accountability to clients for account services to include A3 presentation, IPO escalation, weekly client meetings, and direct team supervision.
Responsible for successful achievement of team outcome measures (KPIs) for all assigned teams.
Assess employee performance and scorecards to provide recognition, coaching, counseling, and/or performance improvement planning.
Mentor and develop staff to successfully complete various tasks on different teams.
Identify and obtain training needs.
Monitor flex workforce time and attendance and approve daily.
Collaborate with analysts to monitor team performance, identify, and address areas of recognition, and areas of opportunity.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience as a hospital revenue cycle lead or supervisor direct reports.
Experience with a broad range of healthcare professional, (clerical, insurance, and executives)
HFMA CRCR certified.
Six Sigma lean training preferred
