Responsibilities You’ll Own:

– Extensive Tilt-Up Project Experience: 5+ years of experience in estimating multimillion-dollar tilt-up projects for a general contractor.
– Code Expertise: Knowledgeable in building codes across several Western U.S. states, including CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, and AZ.
– Client Interaction Skills: Comfortable in client-facing settings, ready to discuss project scopes, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders.
– Software Proficiency: High proficiency in spreadsheets for budget management and forecasting.
– A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
